Portfolio of Works

All of these still lifes were painted from life, which is my favorite way to paint.

These paintings were painted from life and/or a photo, when time did not allow for a long sitting.

These drawings were either drawn from life in a couple of hours or more detailed peices were drawn from photos, when time would not allow a sitting.  Portrait and figure drawing commissions are available upon request.  Please contact me for further information.

These oil paintings were  all commissioned pieces .

These oil paintings were all executed by my travels throughout Europe.

My love of nature brings me back to childhood, when unlike today's generation, I spent most of my time in wooded areas.  I feel great comfort surrounded by nature, especially around the strength and comfort of trees. I have often incorporated silver and gold leaf with my oil paintings , giving reverence to the beauty of nature.
